Registration

To create your customer account, simply click on the 'Login' link in the header, then click on the 'Register' link in the login area and fill in the registration form. You can also create your customer account conveniently during your first order. In both cases, you need to enter your e-mail address and a secret password. With these details you can access your customer account at any time in the future and be able to view, check and change your data.

Exchanges and Returns

Product Returns

In addition to the delivery document, we also enclose with each shipment all documents required for the return of products. To return an item, you can use the return sticker and the return form itself. In exceptional cases, it may happen that your order is delivered in several packages.

Make sure that you only return the items listed on the delivery document in one package. Otherwise, tracking and refunding your returns may take a little longer. If you return more than one parcel, you will of course not be charged any additional costs.

Products with a short shelf life cannot be returned unless the parcel is damaged.

Damaged Products

In the event that an item delivered by us is damaged, defective or presents a problem in any way, you can file a complaint about the item and return it to us free of charge with the return slip. All information on returns can be found under 'How can I send a return?

General Information

How can I place an order

You will not receive an invoice with your order confirmation, but only a pro-forma invoice. You will find all details about the value of your article and your order in the order confirmation.

In order to receive an invoice, you must always enter your tax code, or VAT number in the case of a company under "additional information" during the order process. The electronic invoice will be automatically sent to you as soon as the order is shipped.

Remember, we cannot issue an invoice without a tax code or VAT number and for Italy you must fill in the cart entries for SDI or PEC.
